At the University of Montana, Western, the Title IX Coordinator ensures that all staff members designated as Title IX Coordinators, investigators, decision-makers, and those facilitating informal resolution processes receive comprehensive and ongoing training. This training is designed to meet the specific requirements set forth by Title IX, ensuring an impartial, fair, and bias-free process for all parties involved.
