Welcome Fair

At the beginning of each fall semester, ASUMW hosts a Welcome Fair to introduce new and returning students into campus and community offerings. Participating in the Welcome Fair is a club requirement and must be attended for the club to be considered in good standing. Participation in the Welcome Fair is also heavily considered when determining allocations.

If you do not RSVP now, you听must RSVP to ASUMW by the start of the fall semester. Clubs that do not RSVP or do not attend the Welcome Fair risk grounds for not receiving an allocation.

Acknowledgement of Conditions

ASUMW is a reasonable student government body and understands that new opportunities arise while others may change. With this in mind, clubs are responsible for the answers given on this request and have a reasonable responsibility to deliver the events planned.听

For example, if a club reports wanting to purchase plane tickets to an event and receives the funding from ASUMW, the club is reasonably required to attend the event. If the club does not attend the event, cause for repercussions may be found.
